At Anshita Navodaya Coaching, we strive to provide high-quality educational materials and services. This Return and Refund Policy explains our terms for returns, exchanges, and refunds for digital products and coaching services. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products (Model Papers)

Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases of downloadable content, including the JNVST model paper set, are final and non-refundable. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for digital products once they have been downloaded or accessed. However, if you experience any issues with the content or file, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Exceptions:
If there is a significant issue, such as a corrupted file or incorrect product delivery, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at anshitanavodayacoaching@gmail.com. We may, at our discretion, provide a replacement or alternative solution.

2. Coaching Services

For our coaching services, we work to maintain the highest standards in education and training. Our refund policy for coaching services depends on the nature of the program.

  • One-Time Classes or Workshops: Payments for one-time classes, short-term workshops, or similar events are non-refundable.
  • Full-Length Programs or Courses: If you are enrolled in a longer-term coaching program, partial refunds may be offered if the cancellation request is submitted before the course’s start date. Refund requests after the course has begun are generally not accepted.

Refund Request Process:
If you would like to request a refund for coaching services, please contact us at anshitanavodayacoaching@gmail.com with your order details. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may take up to 14 days to process.

3. Changes and Cancellations

  • Digital Products: Once purchased, digital products cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • Coaching Services: For cancellations of scheduled classes, please provide at least 24-hour notice. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel classes if necessary and will inform you promptly.
